All backplates (for both Thin and Full size IO zones) now include a dedicated ethernet port hole; we've added a square port that would allow for an ethernet cable pass through (as well as the addition of a rubber grommet).
Pass the RJ45 connector of the ethernet cable through the square port hole first, which will connect to the DE10-Nano.
Then slide the rubber grommet along the cable from the other end and insert into the port hole for a neat finish.
