Shipping policy

We use only Australia Post for shipping domestic and worldwide with tracking included with all parcels.

Delivery time estimates shown here have been calculated using the Australia Post Delivery Calculator. * Estimate based on standard delivery times between metropolitan areas of major cities. † Delivery times, excludes public holidays (unless otherwise indicated) and time in customs and if applicable may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Posts’ control.

Final delivery cost will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.

CUSTOMS, TAXES AND IMPORT DUTY For any parcel shipped outside of Australia, you as the recipient will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.  Please ensure that you are aware of what import duties, customs and local sales taxes you are liable for and ensure that they are paid in full to avoid any unforeseen costs or delays when receiving your parcel.  If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package.  This amount will be deducted from your refund.
